This policy covers how 2WinTrade ("we") protects and uses the information collected about the user. 2WinTrade protects the privacy of all users who visit or use the 2WinTrade Service (collectively or individually, "you" or "users").

2WinTrade built the 2WinTrade app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by 2WinTrade at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. In addition, we may contact you to request proof of personal identity, such as an image of a legal document, to ensure that your transaction is valid or insofar as it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations as a financial institution.

II. How we process your information data:

1.Processing of your data is carried out by 2WinTrade following the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and always adhering to the intended purpose of data processing, the principle of data minimization, accuracy, limited data storage, data integrity, confidentiality and accountability.

2.Aggregated Data includes statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Such data can be derived from your data but may not be considered personal data in law as it will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. An example of such Aggregated Data could be that we aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature and/or services/product preference.
Notwithstanding the above, if 2WinTrade combines Aggregate Data with data in a way that the end result can in any way identify the data subject, 2WinTrade shall treat such combined data as data which will be treated as per the provisions herein contained.

3.We process all data based on the following legal basis:

  • For compliance with our legal obligations;
  • For the performance of our contractual obligations towards the users;
  • For the purposes of safeguarding our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests; and/or

  • To offer the 2WinTrade service: We will use your personal information as necessary to provide the 2WinTrade service, including to the extent necessary to process the transaction you initiated, verify your identity, authenticate your access to a 2WinTrade account and communicate with you about the service.
  • To manage risks and protect you, the 2WinTrade website and service: Fraud prevention is a critical part of providing payment services, and we use your information to help us detect and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with our legal obligations, including all applicable anti-money laundering laws, anti-terrorist financing laws, financial services regulations, and our contractual obligations to third party partners that provide or help provide any payment method used in our service.

V. 2WinTrade User Information

1.2WinTrade will not, at any time, request full credit card information, account ID and password or national identification numbers in an unsecured or unsolicited email or by telephone communication. Never disclose your passwords for any reason.

VI. Log Data

1.We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

VII. Cookies

1.Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

2.This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

XI. Children's Privacy

1.These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

XII. Changes to This Privacy Policy

1.We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

XIII. Data Deletion Instructions

If you still want to delete your Facebook information, please follow the steps below：

1.Open 2WinTrade's online customer service or write an email to support@2WinTrade.com.

2.Provide your user ID on 2WinTrade, and provide your KYC mobile phone number on the platform.

3.We will delete your relevant Facebook information in 2WinTrade for you within one working day.

Note that if you delete your Facebook information, you will lose your 2WinTrade trading account, please handle it carefully.
